Amy Huberman has confirmed that she is expecting a third child with Brian O’Driscoll.

The stunning actress shared the news on her social media today and revealed that the couple would be welcoming a new addition in the coming months.

Posting a snap of a baked bun, in true Amy fashion, the mother-of-two joked that she had been making her own lockdown surprise, writing:

“There is a bun in the oven

“Listen, I know I’m a pun and this is a pun, but there’s a little bun in the oven.”

She continued, “We have been cooking more than just banana bread and sourdough for the past few months and now it’s over half cooked, but it’s slow cooker so it still needs a few more months.”

“The only problem is between the PE teacher and the painter and the gardener and the baker during the lockdown. He may not be entirely sure who the dad is.

“I was starting to get stares from people when I was walking out of stores wearing a mask and what appeared to be merchandise was filling the top of my clothes.”

Followers were quick to congratulate Amy on the news.

The couple are already parents to Sadie, 7, and Billy. 5.

And the Finding Joy star recently admitted that she and her husband Brian O’Driscoll weren’t going to win any awards for their homeschooling and that they had found it difficult to keep the kids busy this summer.

She told RSVP Live: “There were definitely days when I told them we can do whatever they want and I said ‘Come on, let’s do it.’

“It was about getting things back to very simple. At first, it was about readjusting and really filling the day.

“I remember looking at the clock in week one and it was only two o’clock, I thought ‘How did we only do half the day? What are we going to do?’ After that, life adjusted to its new shape and form. “.

Amy admitted that there were days when Sadie and Billy were bored, frustrated, and missing their friends, but they just kept going.

“My kids were happy to play with each other for the most part,” he said. “I enjoyed the time at home with the children.”

Amy seems to be able to succeed in everything she sets out to do, like writing, modeling, acting, presenting, and even her own shoe collection, but teaching wasn’t her thing.

She joked, “I don’t think I was the best homeschooler and at the end of the term I wasn’t earning the apple for being the best teacher and neither was Brian.

“My respect for teachers has expanded so much because they have incredible patience and I was not as patient as I thought.

“The lockdown was a crazy time for everyone, but it adjusts somewhat and changes your expectations of what your time and productivity will be.

“I take things day by day, I don’t tend to look too far into the future or what has already happened. I tend to keep my head in the clouds sometimes.”

Amy managed to keep the duo busy at home and she and Brian bonded when it came to the daily chores of parenting.

She explained, “It was the really simple things that kept us busy, like going for a walk, playing with the dog, baking, making a mess and trying to do homework and homework.

“My little friend is only in early childhood, so his interest levels were pretty low.

“Brian and I traded time and that got us all mixed up so we weren’t staring at each other all day.

“It was the same as everyone else, we were just trying to keep the dishes turning.”

The main thing for Amy is that Sadie and Billy had fun.

She said: “I asked my daughter last week if she had a good summer and she said ‘Yeah it was great.’

“They did some camps over the summer and were eager to go back to school. Yes, it will be different and it should be different, but they are just eager to hang out with their friends.”
