Stacey Solomon left her home for the third time in just over a month on Friday when she admitted that her anxiety prevents her from leaving.
The loving mother and panellist for Loose Women, 30, has only been to a grocery store twice since the closure was imposed seven weeks ago.
She revealed how she has been “struggling” to get out of the house because of her anxiety, and today bravely faced her fears of going to the supermarket quickly while Joe babysat for the children.
Stacey spoke frankly about the situation on Instagram, being honest and open with her followers in the midst of the pandemic.

“I’m going to run our grocery store while Joe keeps the fort here,” he said.
“I don’t know why, but I’ve really struggled to get out of the house and shop and stuff. I’ve only done it twice since all of this [lockdown] it started.”
Stacey said she finds leaving her home a “struggle” and she gets really “anxious” if she has to leave.
She continued: “I feel really comfortable at home in my ‘safe place’ and then I feel really anxious to leave.
“But every time I do it, I realize how important it is to go out (if you can) and do something that you normally used to do and enjoy. So I’m going to do it today.”
The star added thoughtfully: “Thinking of those who cannot leave their homes.”
After her successful trip, Stacey returned to Instagram and wrote, “The grocery store is done. Now is the time to put everything away.
“Exhort all key workers who wear PPE and masks all day every day to be there for us. We love you.”
