Eamonn Holmes, 60, and his wife Ruth Langsford, 60, have presented This Morning together since 2006. The television veteran recently appeared on the BBC show Two I’ll Get This where he addressed both himself and your partner’s personalities.

Eamonn joined the show with Stacey Solomon, Joe Sugg, Alice Levine, and Phil Wang.

The show has five celebrities gathered in a restaurant where they play games between courses.

The loser of the game is forced to pay for the entire meal.

As the group sat and chatted among themselves, Alice turned to Eamonn and asked if she was deliberately trying to throw Ruth “off guard” this morning.

Elsewhere, the small-screen star asked his wife on Instagram after he saw an awkward encounter in the couple’s backyard.

In view of her 822,000 Instagram followers, Ruth shared a cheeky video of two woodpeckers, who seemed to be intimate in her family’s garden.

She wrote: “OMG … I didn’t know we had a couple of woodpeckers in the garden … and I just saw them making a baby! Feel like David Attenborough!” (Sic)

In the clip, the two birds could be seen pecking at each other while hearing a loud background noise.

Eamonn took the opportunity to respond, while asking, “What is the racket in the background?”

The television veteran then followed, while questioning Ruth: “Are you vacuuming while filming?”

Fans flocked to comment, as one person joked, “@eamonnholmes, I think it’s the washing machine.”

Another social media user commented, “Oh sir. My eyes feel violated.”

This morning it airs Monday through Friday on ITV at 10 a.m. and I’ll be there on Tuesdays on BBC Two at 10 p.m.
