Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reserved special praise for Anthony Martial and Luke Shaw after Manchester United’s derby win over Man City.

Man City finished the half well, but held on 1-0 until United doubled their lead in the 50th minute.
The attack was started by Luke Shaw as he advanced up the field. He unloaded it to Marcus Rashford before the forward let him into the area. The left back leveled off before finding the bottom corner past a static Ederson in goal.
Pep Guardiola’s men missed chances to return to the game, but finished 2-0 for the visitors. This victory ends a streak of three consecutive 0-0 draws for the Red Devils. Now they are second in the table and are eleven points behind City.
Solskjaer said BBC Sport that Martial was his man of the match at the Etihad:
