Santa Claus is on his way to deliver presents to all the good children of Ireland.
It has already delivered nearly three billion gifts to children around the world.
This year, safety comes first as Santa wears a mask and makes sure to sanitize his hands after each delivery.
As he takes steps to stay safe from Covid-19, Santa is confident that he won’t stop him as he travels the world overnight.
He expects to arrive in Ireland around midnight, maybe even earlier because he is so excited to visit the children in Ireland.
Santa told the Irish Examiner that the children have been very good this year and they have been great at keeping themselves and those around them safe.
Santa also said that the elves have been working very hard all year to prepare gifts for everyone and while everyone will receive a gift, they may not get exactly what they asked for.
He is confident that all the children will be very happy with the gift they receive.
Of course, children should make sure they are in bed and asleep before Santa Claus arrives, otherwise he will not be able to deliver his gifts!
