A Dublin-based fuel wholesaler and retailer has been included on the most recent list of tax defaulters as a € 9.168 million revenue debt.
DMG Energy Limited, domiciled at Trinity House, Charleston Road in Ranelagh, was found to owe € 3.4 million in unpaid taxes, along with € 2.6 million in interest and € 3.2 million in penalties.
The case arises as a result of a tax investigation and is related to the non-declaration of excise taxes and the under-declaration of VAT.
The company is now in liquidation and none of the money owed as of September 30 has been paid.
Michael Feeley, company director and farmer based on Antogher Road in Roscommon, is also on the latest delinquent list.
It owed Revenues 4.92 million euros in taxes, interest and penalties for the non-reporting of capital gains tax that was discovered during an Revenue audit.
Feeley had paid the full amount owed before September 30.
Also named is Danny Fitzpatrick, director of the Ashton Heights business, Newry in Co Down.
An income audit found that he had underreported income tax and owed € 1.932 million in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties.
By the end of September, he had returned € 6,680 of what he owed.
Shabra Plastics and Packaging Limited, a packaging company based in Killycard Industrial Estate, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan was also on the list.
It was determined that he owed Revenues 1,789 million euros in taxes, interest and fines, having underreported VAT after an investigation case, but has since paid what he owed.
Oil distributor Princeville Enterprises Ltd is also on the list.
He has an address at The Bridewell, Carrickmacross in Co Monaghan and it was found that he owed Revenue € 819,331 in unpaid taxes, interest and penalties derived from non-reporting of excise duty and under-reporting of VAT following an audit.

While the construction contractor, The Courtyard Associates Ltd, of Dolmen House, Parkway Roundabout in Limerick, was listed as still owing € 260,114 out of € 412,568 which was determined to owe Revenue as of September 30.
Your case arose from a Revenue audit and relates to the PAYE, PRSI and USC sub-statement.
In total, Revenues made 17 settlements during the third quarter of the year, for a total of 19,985 million euros.
Eight of the cases were for amounts greater than 100,000 euros, five of them greater than 500,000 euros and four greater than 1 million euros.
Between July and September, Revenues settled 212 audits and investigations, as well as 10,914 risk management investigations, which together generated 88.3 million euros in taxes, interest and penalties.
Another 80 cases related to a fine imposed by a court, imprisonment or other sanction were also published, for a total of 183,098 euros in fines.
32 were related to failure to file a tax return, 24 were related to misuse of marked oil, and 24 were for excise duty offenses.
