Hello and welcome to tonight’s live blog.
Dundalk travels to face Molde in their penultimate Europa League game this season.
The Lilywhites have already been eliminated from the group stage after not having scored a single point.
And they go into this game with an eye on the weekend’s FAI Cup final against Shamrock Rovers, which is clearly the biggest game and therefore understandably rested a couple of key players.
Still, things would get a bit clouded if they lost tonight.
This game is apparently their last realistic chance to score points, with Arsenal, by far the best team in the group, waiting for them in the final game.
Molde, meanwhile, is second in the group on goal difference alone, with Rapid Vienna as their rivals for the important runner-up spot.
Consequently, they will feel that a victory tonight is vital to their hopes of progression.
