While Chris, shared the same snapshot, writing: “It turns out that I fell in love with my best friend.”

Earlier this year, Maura denied rumors that she was dating Chris.

The couple, who appeared on the ITV2 reality show last year, were photographed together and Chris was also photographed leaving his house in the same clothes after two days together, but a spokesperson for the Longford stunner denied the romance.

They said OK! Online: “Maura and Chris Taylor’s friendship is simply platonic.”

They were seen driving together and then Chris put down his notebook later on the weekend. One viewer told The Sun: “Chris looked teary-eyed, but he definitely had a jump in his stride. He jumped into his car. ”

Another source said: “They were there for hours, chatting.”

In March, Maura was forced to deny that something romantic was happening between her and her Dancing On Ice partner Alexander Demetriou.

Following her split from Curtis Pritchard, she explained that their relationship is nothing more than a friendship and she will continue to see him despite the rumors online because they have become very close since they met on the ITV reality show last September.

The former Love Island finalist told Fabulous Magazine: “Alex and I are very close, we have trained together for months.

“Obviously, we are going to be close, exactly like any other partner in the program.

“But that’s it. We are very good friends and we get along well.”

Maura added that she plans to continue ice skating after her time on the show and will still hang out with Alex.

She said: “We laugh a lot and we will remain friends.

“No matter what is said, I’m not going to be afraid to hang out with him. I said, ‘I still want to go ice skating.’
