The draft report on Priti Patel’s bullying allegations found that she broke the UK ministerial code

A DRAFT REPORT on accusations of harassment by UK Home Secretary Priti Patel allegedly found that the Conservative MP violated ministerial code.

In March, a Cabinet Office investigation was launched into allegations that Patel looked down on his colleagues and clashed with senior officials from three different departments.

Sir Philip Rutnam, who was the permanent secretary of the Home Office, resigned earlier this year, accusing Patel of a “vicious and orchestrated information campaign” against him.

Rutman is calling for a constructive dismissal in a labor court, but Patel has raised concerns about the “false” claims and has been described by her allies as a “demanding” boss but not a bully.

The report has yet to be finalized, and reports surfaced this week that Prime Minister Boris Johnson could only send Patel a written warning, rather than fire her from the cabinet.

Tonight, Sky News reports that the report found that Patel broke the code governing the conduct of ministers by failing to treat staff with consideration and respect.

It is also reported that the investigation is critical of Patel’s behavior and that the report will ask the Home Secretary to formally apologize.

Earlier, the Labor Party called reports that Patel would be issued with a warning as “incredibly serious.”

The Financial Times has previously cited sources who said Johnson intended to “manipulate” the outcome of the report that has “strong criticisms” of Patel’s behavior.

Dave Penman of the FDA’s senior officials union said that if the reports were true, the prime minister should have no choice but to conclude that the code has been violated.

He added that Johnson should publish the report and introduce a new independent complaints system.
