In February 2019, Rosanna and her husband Wes became parents to their daughter Sophia, who was born to a surrogate mother. Appearing on The Late Late Show last February, Davison shared her experience of 14 miscarriages, prompting the couple to investigate surrogacy.

She went on to explain that her doctor could not offer a medical explanation for the pregnancy and urged other people on the fertility journey to remain hopeful.
“We found out that she was pregnant after the first month of confinement when she was much more physically relaxed than she had been in years and enjoying the slow pace of family life at home, despite the anxiety and sadness of the outside world that time. outside of the stresses of busy everyday life it made a difference.
