Rosanna Davison and her husband Wes Quirke have announced the birth of their twins Hugo and Oscar.
The happy couple, who married in the summer of 2015, have become parents for the second and third time this morning.
The couple also welcomed their daughter, baby Sophia, by gestation last November.
Sharing the exciting news of the arrival of her little bundles of joy, Rosanna said: “Our beautiful and healthy identical twin babies, Hugo and Oscar, arrived safely into the world this morning and our hearts are filled with love. I have become in a family of five and all our dreams have come true.
“We are deeply grateful to the wonderful and hardworking team at @nationalmaternityhospital for all their kindness and support.”
Rosanna and Wes revealed that they were expecting identical twins in an emotional social media post in July.
The wonderful news came after Rosanna bravely opened up about her struggles with fourteen pregnancy losses in recent years.
The nutritionist said: “We have some news!
“@Wesquirke and I are more than happy to announce that we are expecting identical twins this November.
“We are absolutely delighted to complete our family and that our daughter Sophia has two brothers so close in age.”
She continued: “My doctor cannot offer a medical explanation for why I have been able to sustain this pregnancy and it will probably always remain one of life’s mysteries.
“However, we found out that she was pregnant after the first month of confinement, when she was much more physically relaxed than she had been in years and was enjoying the slow pace of family life at home, despite the anxiety and sadness of the world. Exterior.
“So maybe that time away from the stress of busy everyday life made a difference. We still can’t believe it and it has taken us a long time to properly process and feel ready to share the news.
“As if 2020 wasn’t full of enough surprises.”
