Greta Thunberg mocked Donald Trump as he continued to call for the vote counting to be stopped in the US presidential election.
Mimicking a tweet the president sent him last year, the 17-year-old suggested Thursday that he should “relax” and work on managing his anger.
So ridiculous. Donald must work on his anger management problem and then go see a good old-fashioned movie with a friend. Calm down, Donald! https://t.co/4RNVBqRYBA

Responding to Trump’s demand to “stop the count,” he tweeted: “How ridiculous. Donald must work on his anger management problem and then go see a good old-fashioned movie with a friend. Calm down, Donald! “
The tweet was a near word-for-word parody of Trump’s words, which he wrote last December after the environmental activist was named Person of the Year by Time magazine.
At the time, he tweeted: “How ridiculous. Greta must work on her anger management problem and then go see a good old-fashioned movie with a friend. Relax Greta, relax! “

Greta responded shortly after by changing her Twitter bio to reference the tweet, describing herself as: “A teenage girl working on her anger management problem. Currently chilling out and watching a good old fashioned movie with a friend. “
Trump has drawn widespread criticism for his reaction to the election, which on Thursday remained too close to call nearly two days after the polls closed.
Challenger Joe Biden has narrowed the gap in several undecided still undecided states as mail-in ballots, which have generally skewed Democrats, are slowly added to in-person voting, which went to Trump in greater numbers.
The president falsely claimed victory in the elections and said without proof that a “fraud on the American nation” was being carried out.
