“Wednesday will be dry and bright in most areas with sunny spells that will develop after the fog has cleared. It will become somewhat cloudy in the northwest later in the day. Higher temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees with mostly light breezes from west to northwest.
“Wednesday night will be dry with clear spells and some patches of fog or fog developing. Lower temperatures: -1 to +4 degrees, cooler in Leinster and Munster with developing frosts.
“Thursday will be dry with sunny spells that will unfold after any clear mist or fog. Higher temperatures of 9-11 degrees with light or variable south breezes.
