Firefighters have had to rescue three young men who were trapped in a tumble dryer in Essex on Friday night.
The Essex County Fire and Rescue Service (ECFRS) said in a statement that they were called to an abandoned laundry site on Bower Hill in Epping around 6.35 p.m., where the three men believed to be in their teens had Decided to get into the industrial size dryer. .
While two managed to enter successfully, the third struggled after “his ankles were caught in the door when he tried to enter,” the ECFRS said.
