Mayo manager James Horan will make his seven-man Championship debut in his first Connacht SFC game against Leitrim at Páirc Seán Mac Diarmada on Sunday. [live on RTÉ News channel].

Oisín Mullin, Rory Brickenden, Eoghan McLaughlin, Bryan Walsh, Ryan O’Donoghue, Jordan Flynn and Tommy Conroy have been named in the starting 15.

May’s 23-year-old uninterrupted presence in Division 1 of the Allianz Football League ended last Sunday when they lost to Tyrone at Castlebar.

They will hope to end that disappointment with a victory this weekend.

Mayo has not lost to Leitrim since Connacht’s decider in 1994 and they are big favorites to progress against a county that has just dropped to fourth tier in the league.

May (against Leitrim): David Clarke; Oisín Mullin, Stephen Coen, Lee Keegan; Patrick Durcan, Rory Brickenden Eoghan McLaughlin; Matthew Ruane, Conor Loftus; Bryan Walsh, Ryan O’Donoghue, Jordan Flynn; Tommy Conroy, Aidan O’Shea (captain), Cillian O’Connor
