Body found in ‘inexplicable circumstances’ in Dublin

Gardai is asking for witnesses following the discovery of a man’s body on a road in Blanchardstown this morning.

The body of the man, believed to be 40 years old, was found in what the Gardai described as ‘unexplained circumstances’ on the N3 at the Snugborough Road Bridge in Blanchardstown after the Gardai were alerted to reports of a man lying unconscious on the road. 3:30 am.

He was taken to nearby James Connolly Memorial Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Gardaí tonight is asking for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

They are also attractive to road users who may have camera footage, including dashcam footage, that were on Snugborough Road or traveling on the N3 between 1:00 am and 3:30 am this tomorrow to communicate with them and provide them with the images.
