Irish technology company Workvivo, one of the fastest growing providers of internal communications technology in the world, today announced plans to create 100 new jobs with the support of Enterprise Ireland.

Workvivo has seen significant growth in new business as its communication platform supports companies seeking to engage a remote workforce and bring workplace culture to life digitally.

Workvivo has witnessed a steady increase in engagement levels on its communication platform as remote work continues for workers around the world. Last year, Workvivo experienced 200% growth in the number of users, with clients now spanning 47 countries. 40% of its customer base has joined the platform since March.

The company currently employs 35 people, but predicts its workforce will grow to 135 in the next three years as companies adjust to a new future of communication and engagement with their employees. The Workvivo platform helps companies connect with staff at various sites and enables those companies to engage these employees.

Workvivo’s clients in Ireland include Woodies, Trigon Hotels, Bus Éireann, Irish Rail and UCC. Globally, it supplies companies such as Telus International, Seneca Entertainment in New York, Netgear, A + E Networks, Kentech, Cubic Telecom and Staffordshire University.

In announcing the jobs, Taoiseach Micheál Martin said: “The story of Workvivo is a testament to the ability of Irish indigenous companies to make an impact on a global scale. With the software developed here, Workvivo offers companies new workplace options in uncertain times.

“The founders of Workvivo, John Goulding and Joe Lennon, are very committed to Cork and Ireland, and I look forward to seeing their business grow and expand in the years to come. Today’s announcement of new additional jobs is another positive step on Workvivo’s journey and I want to wish the workers and management the best in the future. ”
