Covid-19 Ireland: worst affected cities across all counties right now after spike in cases

Dublin and Donegal are now officially under a Level Three “local lockdown” after a spike in coronavirus cases.

However, there are increasing rates of the virus in many other areas outside of those two counties.

Celbridge, for example, has seen a staggering incidence of 14 days per 100,000 residents out of 300.6.

Since this metric is one of the keys that NPHET and health experts use to determine blockages, it is important to be vigilant.

And now that the Health Department has released details of the rates in each Local Election Area, we can now see the worst affected regions in each county.
