Police confiscate used condoms that had been cleaned and resold

Vietnam police have confiscated approximately 345,000 used condoms that had been cleaned and resold as new, state media reported. Images broadcast by Vietnam State Television (VTV) this week showed dozens of large bags containing used contraceptives strewn across the floor of a warehouse in the southern province of Binh Duong.
