One lucky Irish lottery player took Wednesday’s € 5.3 million jackpot.
The bettor will take a windfall of € 5,395,798 after his numbers went up in tonight’s National Lottery draw.
The winning numbers were 2, 5, 7, 29, 38, 42 and the bonus number 27.
And the cash flow doesn’t stop there with another player pocketing a whopping € 198,258.
They came close to sharing the jackpot, but missed by just one digit after matching five numbers.

There were no winners of the Lotto Plus 1 or Lotto Plus 2 main prizes.
The numbers drawn for the Plus 1 were: 1, 3, 10, 18, 22, 31 and the bonus number 40.
The Plus 2 numbers were: 3, 9, 31, 36, 40, 43 and the bonus number 32.
