There have been 13 other alleged breaches of Covid-19 public health regulations in pubs, Gardaí confirmed.
The cumulative total of potential non-compliance incidents since Operation Navigation began on July 3 is now 198.
Gardaí has carried out thousands of checks in bars across the country under Operation Navigation.
An Garda Síochána said he has continued to find “widespread compliance” with public health regulations by licensed establishments.
In the week of Monday, August 31 to Sunday, September 6, 13 new potential incidents of non-compliance were reported, bringing the total to 198.
The files will now be ready for the DPP in each of these cases.
Deputy Police and Security Commissioner John Twomey said: “There continues to be a very high level of compliance among licensed premises. This is welcome.
“However, some licensed facilities are putting the health of their employees, customers and local communities at risk.
“Customers of such facilities should also consider the risks to themselves, their family and friends of ignoring public health advice and regulations.”
