DUBLIN GAA stars Paul Flynn and Fiona Hudson have welcomed the birth of twins Louis and Saibh after what has been a ‘magical week’.
Paul, a six-time All-Ireland winner, shared the joyous news of his arrival and praised his wife for being “a legend.”
He said, “What a magical week to bring these two beauties home with their Mammy legend.
“Welcome to the Louis and Saibh family.”
A host of supporters from the sports community lined up to congratulate Fiona and Paul upon hearing the news.
Bernard Brogan, a former Dublin teammate and father of his own set of twins, said: “Fair play you both, we look forward to meeting you.”
YOU WILL KEEP BUSY
While Tipperary star Brendan Maher added: “Congratulations to both of you 👌”.
Rugby legend Brian O’Driscoll joked that taking care of both boys will keep Paul in better shape than ever.
He said, “The triceps are going to break … big congratulations!”
Meanwhile Dublin LGFA wrote: “Everyone at @dublinladiesg would like to send our sincere congratulations to Fiona Hudson and Paul Flynn on the birth of Louis & Saibh.
“We hope mom and babies are well #Congratulations @Fingallians.”
While Flynn retired from inter-county play in 2019, he remains a pivotal figure in the GAA as chairman of the GPA.
Hudson, an all-Ireland winner with the Dublin women’s team, and Flynn tied the knot in 2017.
They both come from the GAA club of Fingallians.
