Tottenham has completed the hiring of Wolves defender Matt Doherty for an undisclosed fee.
The 28-year-old has signed a four-year contract with the club ahead of the 2020/21 campaign.
Although the fee has not been made public, it is believed to be around £ 15 million.

Spurs and Wolves agreed to a deal for the player earlier this week.
Speaking about the move, Doherty said: “I am very proud to join such a great club. [They have] the best stadium in the world and possibly the best training ground in the world.
“Once I knew there was interest, it was a no-brainer for me.
“My time at Wolves was fantastic, I don’t have a bad word to say about the whole club. I feel like coming here will take my game and my career to the next level. “
The Republic of Ireland international will reinforce José Mourinho’s defensive options, as the club aims for the Champions League.
Doherty is a direct replacement for right-back Kieran Trippier, who left London to join Atlético de Madrid last year.
The Spurs initially hired Serge Aurier to replace him, although he was less than convincing during the most recent season.
Doherty had a successful moment at Wolves after joining in 2010. He helped the club win promotion to the Premier League in the 2017/18 season, when they won the Championship after reaching 99 points.
He then became one of the club’s most trusted players as they reached the top ten in a row. Wolves also played in the Europa League last season. They reached the quarterfinals before being eliminated by eventual champion Sevilla.
Doherty is Mourinho’s fourth signing in this transfer window. Have already brought Southampton captain Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg for £ 20 million and Joe Hart on a free transfer.
Giovani Lo Celso signed a permanent contract with Real Betis after impressing during his loan.
