3 people, two men and one woman, have been arrested and are being held at Garda stations in Dublin.

Gardaí has ​​seized 1.1 million euros in drugs and 550,000 euros in cash during a major operation in 4 counties.

It started when Gardaí intercepted several vehicles in the Donore Road and North Road areas of Drogheda last night.

Two men, ages 50 and 39, and a woman, 43, were arrested and are currently being held at Garda stations in Dublin.

Several follow-up searches were conducted in Louth, Meath, Dublin and Wexford.
