Emmerdale star Michelle Hardwick confirmed that she is pregnant.
The 44-year-old actress, who plays Vanessa Woodfield on the ITV soap opera, shared her exciting news via Instagram on Monday as she debuted her growing tummy.
Michelle is expecting a baby with his wife, Emmerdale producer Kate Brooks, and revealed that she will give birth in October.

On Instagram, Michelle shared a photo of herself and Kate posing with their dog Fred.
She was seen wearing a leopard print top and placing a cute hand on her stomach, while Kate gestured towards the bulge of Michelle’s baby.
The photo was captioned: ‘Fred’s older brother’s homework begins in October.’
Michelle added the hashtag: ‘#BabyBrooks’.
The soap star and Kate first went public with their relationship in October 2018 and announced their engagement just two months later, in December of that same year.
They were married at Graceland, Elvis Presley’s home in Memphis, Tennessee, in September 2019.
Good news: The 44-year-old actress is best known for playing Vanessa Woodfield in Emmerdale.
Parents: Michelle revealed that she and his wife Kate (pictured above) will be hosting their first child in October later this year.
Michelle confirmed that the couple had gotten married on Instagram and told fans: ‘With over 100 degrees heat, on Tuesday September 10, I became Mrs. Brooks,’ adding the hashtags: ‘#graceland #chapelinthewoods #memphis #nextstopnashville “.
Michelle’s marriage to Kate is the second. He previously married his ex-wife Rosie Nicholl in 2015, after two years together.
They later announced that they would be divorcing in 2017.
At the time, Michelle had addressed her separation from Rosie in interviews and admitted that the former couple had “separated”.

Romance: Michelle started dating Kate in 2018, a year after he divorced his first wife Rosie Nicholls, from whom he separated in 2017 after two years of marriage.
She said: ‘It was one of those unfortunate things where we broke up. We had the great fairytale wedding and I still love that day, it was brilliant.
‘It is really sad and one of those things happens. We still have our dogs that we will share and no one else was involved, it just happened and it was a mutual decision.
I do not know how to explain it. I grew up out of love and she became more like my best friend. ”
On screen, Michelle is currently part of a cancer story since her Emmerdale character Vanessa has been diagnosed with bowel cancer.

Viewers watched Vanessa tearfully talk about her diagnosis to her girlfriend Charity Dingle (played by Emma Atkins) and is now on her first session of chemotherapy treatment.
Michelle recently revealed that she already knows the outcome of Vanessa’s story, as the show’s bosses had informed her of her character’s fate immediately when it was first thought.
According to Metro.co.uk, she said, “I won’t say which way it is going, but they told me right away. As soon as [Emmerdale boss] Jane Hudson raised me, told me the story and the result.
“I didn’t even have time to think about it one way or another. As soon as they told me the story, they told me the result.
“It wasn’t about ‘here is the story, but we don’t know yet’, so I’ve always known what’s going on in the story, but my lips are sealed …”
