A previous Garda spokesperson said: “Gardai is seeking the public’s help in tracking down the whereabouts of 3-year-old Sebastian Cykov, who was last seen at approximately 11:30 am on Thursday, September 3, 2020, at the Hotel Maldron, South Mall, County Cork.
“A Garda Síochána believes that Sebastián is in the company of his mother, Monika Balazova (31 years old).
