The Trump campaign will host a press conference in Philadelphia at 3.30pm ET, that is 8.30pm UK time, the team said in a statement.
The statement adds that they have filed a lawsuit in Michigan to stop the ballot counting.
It also requires “reviewing those ballots that were opened and counted while we did not have meaningful access.”
There is no clear presidential winner in the swing state, which has 16 electoral votes, according to Edison Research.
Biden has a very narrow margin in Michigan, where 92% of the expected votes are found.
Trump’s campaign is also demanding a recount in Wisconsin, another state where he is shoulder to shoulder with Biden.
