Spain has the highest incidence of the virus in 14 days in Europe, with 240.6, followed by France with 118.9.

Prohibition notice
Earlier on Sunday, the Northern Ireland Police Chief and Medical Director were reported to be on patrol in Belfast when officers closed down a licensed premises for violating coronavirus regulations.
The ban order was the latest of several that have been issued in the region as agents attempt to crack down on bars and restaurants that violate Covid-19 rules.
Police Chief Simon Byrne and Medical Director Dr. Michael McBride accompanied a routine patrol downtown as checks and inspections were conducted Saturday night.
Pubs, cafes and restaurants are subject to a number of restrictions under coronavirus regulations, including the stipulation that alcohol can only be served indoors if accompanied by a meal.
On Sunday morning, Mr. Byrne tweeted: “Unfortunately, while we were out with PSNIBelfast last night we had to issue a ban notice that resulted in officers closing a store. It is vital that # Covid19 executive regulations are strictly followed to keep the community safe. “
Patrols to ensure compliance at authorized facilities are part of PSNI’s efforts to maintain Covid-19 regulations in the region.
Fines
Last week, two people were fined £ 1,000 for violating international travel regulations that require travelers arriving from countries not on Northern Ireland’s safe travel list to self-isolate for two weeks.
On Friday, the PSNI said 745 community resolution notices and 479 fines issued by coronavirus regulations had been issued since March.
At that time, no fines had been issued in relation to the use of masks in public transport.
The region’s Health Department reported 118 new confirmed cases of coronavirus on Saturday.
While the department’s statistical panel provides updates on the number of positive test results over the weekend, it does not broadcast updated information on coronavirus deaths on Saturdays and Sundays.
The last death toll reported by the department on Friday was 564. – Additional report PA
