“I was attacked by a woman who was high on her thoughts about drugs and desperate for cash,” Ireland wrote. “She covered me in my face in a parking lot and took my belongings and jumped into a getaway car while her husband stepped up.”

Fortunately, she received help from people who witnessed the robbery and law enforcement arrived immediately. “Luckily I had witnesses and was assisted really quickly. The cops told me that this often happens because people are currently desperate for money because of Coronavirus and people who are out of work,” she revealed. “There are a lot of thefts and mosquitoes down there.”
Unfortunately, many people seek out crime during the pandemic. It is appalling that Ireland experienced this in a parking lot in the afternoon. She went on to explain that she posted the photos and shared her experience in an effort to raise awareness about this dangerous problem. “This place to remind everyone to be really careful and look at your surroundings,” she added. “These are really difficult times and we have to look out for each other.
