Interesting statistics on Dolph Ziggler’s record of wins and losses at WWE Extreme Rules

Dolph Ziggler has returned to the main event scene in WWE as he has a chance to become the WWE Champion.

He will do so when he challenges Drew McIntyre for the Raw brand top title at Sunday’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view event in Orlando, Florida at the WWE Performance Center.

F4Wonline.com’s Bryan Alvarez shared an interesting statistic on Twitter about Ziggler’s record for wins and losses in this contest.

Ziggler has won just one singles match in 2020. According to CageMatch.net, Ziggler has had 20 matches so far this year and has won five of them, while losing 14 bouts and having a draw.

His only win came back on the April 10 episode of Friday Night SmackDown when he beat Tucker in a singles game. This was when Ziggler was fighting with Tucker’s teammate Otis as part of the story with Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville.

The other four wins so far this year in WWE come from Ziggler’s work team matches.

Alvarez wrote: “Fun fact: The WWE title contender on Sunday won exactly one singles match in 2020, and it was for Tucker.”
