Inside Will and Jada Pinkett Smith’s Jaw-Droping, $ 42 Million Mansion

Known as The Fresh Prince, it’s only good that Will Smith has a house fit for a king.

He and Jada Pinkett Smith are the proud owners of a massive residence in Calabasas, California, formerly listed on the market for a handsome $ 42 million. With its adobe-style design, hand-crafted details, and landscaped views, it is considered one of the most unique celebrity houses and seems to live up to its full price tag.

Going forward, we’ll look at the road more closely than some of the other residences that the Smiths previously owned.

The house was designed by Stephen Samuelson and has several large rooms, all equipped with warm color shades with bursts of brightly colored accents scattered throughout. It has a free-form swimming pool, recording studio (where Willow Smith recorded her 2010 song “Whip My Hair”), breakfasts overlooking a lake, meditation space, play area, screen room, and more, according to Architectural Digest.

In terms of details, the house has custom accents, intricate skylights, cabinet work made from 19th-century oak, and more. But what’s really interesting is that the mansion itself has its own zip code, according to reports.

The design of the house of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith was inspired by their love

“The idea was not dead,” told Will Architectural Digest of the 25,000-square-foot home. “To create an infinite cycle that represented what Jada and I were hoping for in our love.”

He and Jada began dating in 1995 after Will divorced his first wife, Sheree Zampino, with whom he shares a son, Trey, 27. They married two December later in December 1997 and went on to welcome two children: Jaden, 22, and Willow, 19. In addition to a few dark spots over the years, the couple is still going strong and appears to be married.

Given her own thoughts about her home, Jada told Architectural Digest, ‘For Will and me, this home has always been a spiritual pursuit. We are very earthy, organic people. We wanted to create a family retreat, something made by hand and as natural as possible, something that tied back to the country. ”

She and her husband have occasionally invited cameras in front of their house Red table talk, as in October 2018 when Will offered glimpses in a video posted on his YouTube page.

Will and Jada Pinkett Smith once had equally generous qualities

Before setting foot in Calabasas, the Smiths also used homes in Hawaii, one of which they sold in 2011 for a reported $ 20 million and another they sold in 2017 for $ 12 million, according to The Observer.

At one point, Will also had a $ 2.5 million luxury trailer that he used when he was filming, according to Insider. The outlet reported in 2013 that it contained 14 television screens, an enormous lounge area, a steam shower with glass, a screen room, and more. But it is unclear if he still has the trailer.

With a combined net worth of $ 400 million, we are not surprised that the Smiths have such lavish properties. We just wonder what we need to do to achieve such things.
