Infamous Warzone ‘demon gun glitch’ is back in Season 5

Unfortunately for Warzone players, the infamous ‘demon gun glitch’ has returned, despite Infinity Ward releasing a patch intended to remove the bug.

Despite the frequency with which some Warzone bugs have affected players, no one has been as consistent as the ‘demon gun glitch’.

After the launch of season 5 at the beginning of August, many players experienced the break, which disrupts the player’s gun model and hides large parts of the screen.

Given the seriousness of the issue, Infinity Ward pushed a high speed through a patch, which tried to fix the problem. This patch appeared on August 15 and, for most players, appeared to sort out the issues.

Warzone Season 5 has had a lot of glitches.

However, it appears that the glitch may still occur in certain scenarios, as popular streamer and Warzone competitor MuTeX found on August 22nd.

While enjoying what Quads followed for his big Twitch, the streamer picked up an enemy’s HDR sniper rifle, only to find that it had hit the aforementioned glitch, instantly hiding much of his screen.

“What?” he cried. ‘I got the f ** king gun glitch! What? ‘ He was forced to drop the sniper rifle and proceed with the Origin 12 pistol, which, like everyone who has played Warzone, is not the ideal weapon for every situation.

Infinity Ward has yet to respond to the latest incarnation of the ‘demon gun glitch’, but it’s fair to say that its frequency has dropped significantly since the August 15 patch went live. However, it now appears to have been on certain weapons, such as the hit HDR MuTeX tried to pick up.

Whether another patch is in the works remains to be seen, but we will be the first to update you as the situation becomes clearer.
