The accident took place in Gurram Guda area of Merpet on Wednesday evening when the victim went out with her family, Mirpet police inspector Mahendra Reddy told CNN.
Reddy told CNN. The woman’s helmet arrived while she was in the go-kart, and her hair was tangled in a wheel shaft that connected the tires and engine behind the seat.
Reddy said the woman hit her head in front of the vehicle with serious head injuries.
She was taken to a nearby hospital and on Thursday she was shifted to a private hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
Management Arrested under Section 304A of the Go-Karting Track Indian Penal Code on suspicion of negligently causing death. Reddy added that the track has also been closed as his operating operating license has expired.
This is not the first time such an accident has been reported in India.
