‘I’m not sad that a fascist died today *****’ Hearing after worshipers across the country were shot dead as Antifa gathered in Portland

A prominent member of Antifa was caught on camera discussing the death of a slain patriotic prayer supporter on Saturday night and shortly afterwards called the deceased an “F *** ing fascist” at a group rally in Portland.

In a clip posted on Twitter by Andy Ngo on Sunday, a female speaker is addressing a crowd from Bullhorn in downtown Portland. She claimed the community could function without the police or local government and said she was not saddened by the man’s death.

“I’m not sad that the ***** fascist died before this,” the woman told the crowd cheering and laughing.

“If you’re not angry, you don’t care,” she said earlier in her speech. “If you’re not all with me, you don’t care at all. Everyone needs to understand what’s going on in these streets. Our community can hold their own without the police. We’ll be able to get the garbage out.”

The woman was referring to the shooting of a member of a pro-Trump organization called the Patriot Prayer, which took place when defendants involved in the Black Lives Matter clashed with a right-wing group.

The Associated Press reports that Joey Gibbs, head of the Washington State Institute, called the victim a “good friend.”

An AP freelance photographer at the scene of the shooting on Saturday night said the victim was wearing a patriotic prayer hat.

Gibson arrived at the scene after the shooting and was reportedly choreographed at a nearby gas station by angry protesters.

“I can’t say much right now. All I can test is that he was a good friend and a supporter of patriotic prayers, “Gibbs told the AP in a text.

Police said the man was shot in the chest and died.

“This investigation is still in its infancy, and I urge everyone to give investigators time to do their important work before they draw conclusions about what happened,” Police Chief Chuck Loveley said Sunday.

He encouraged anyone with information about the incident to come forward and share it with investigating officers.

“I ask them to please reach out to our detectives,” Lovely said. “This violence is completely unacceptable and we are working hard to find the person responsible.”
