Rhea informed the superior court that she was in a residence relationship with Sushant until June 8. She claimed that Sushant suffered from depression for some time and was taking antidepressants.
“In facts and circumstances peculiar to this case, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case presented by Krishna Kishore Singh,” Rehea said in her statement.
“She committed suicide on the morning of June 14 at her Bandra residence by hanging herself. The petitioner was summoned and she had visited the Bandra police station on several occasions and her statement was registered under Section 175 of CrPC.
“The petitioner has filed a complaint at the Santa Cruz police station in Mumbai against the threats of death and rape. It would be fair and convenient, if the transfer of the case is directed from Patna to Mumbai,” the statement said.
