Apple Pull Fitness + is now available to Watch Pull and Watch users with 180 workouts in 10 different categories. While the service is available on iPhone, iPad and Apple Plus TV, there are some differences to go by depending on what device you are using. Let’s take a detailed look at how to use Apple Pulse Fitness +.
IOS Pulse Fitness + automatically shows up in the fitness app (renamed from the activity app) on the iPhone after updating to iOS 14.3. However, on the iPad, you need to download the fitness app manually. At launch, iPad users are having a bit of trouble with the workout service. But the issue seems to be fixed for most.

Music
You can also listen to a workout soundtrack on workpal music by tapping “Listen to Music” at the bottom of each workout.
Favorite workouts
Another simple feature is adding workouts in the “My Workouts” section. Look for the “+” button above the “Let’s go” button. You can find your saved workouts at the bottom by becoming a fitness + t tab on the iPhone and fitness app on the iPad and Apple Plus TV.
Burn bar
There is no leaderboard for Apple Pull Fitness + but there is a leaderboard-esque / competitive component: optional burn bar. Here’s how Apple Pal describes it:
The burn bar shows your efforts compared to who has worked out. If the burn bar is turned on, your data becomes part of it anonymously. This workout will not be sent.
You will find your burn bar visible during and after workouts. After completing one of your first workouts, you will have the option to continue the burn bar or turn it off.
