Next week, Fortnite fans have a chance to win the new Emote “Verve” for free while learning about a major social issue.
Following the success of the first We The People performance earlier this month, a second installment will follow soon.
This time, television journalist and television personality Cari Champion will host a series of conversations about voter repression in black communities.

Guests include baseball star Jason Heyward, rapper and activist Bun B, former basketball pro-sports analyst Jalen Rose, actress and comedian Yvonne Orji, and rap artist Russ.
Just like last time, the event will stream via Fortnite’s Party Royale playlist. After the first performance on July 28 at 7:00 p.m. ET, We The People will air every two hours for 22 hours.
All players attending the We The People presentation at Fortnite on July 28 and 29 will receive the free Emote, Verve, as a special gift! This Emote was inspired by the dance presented by Michael Mejeh, the winner of the #EmoteRoyaleContest. pic.twitter.com/TSoSAyqiPi

To thank people for attending, any player who logs in to Fortnite between 7/27 8pm ET and 7/29 8pm ET will receive the free Verve Emote. This new dance is based on the winning entry in Michael Mejeh’s #EmoteRoyaleContest.
Technically, you don’t have to queue at the event to unlock the Emote, however if you can make it to one of the performances it’s definitely worth a look. See you on the big screen!
