How to speed up farm cipher decoders for the celebration of Destiny 2 Lost

My guess is that Bungie will raise the drop rate here soon, not that this whole phenomenon doesn’t seem meaningless, but if you want to farm now, I think you’ve been hard pressed to find an easy and fast way to get ciphers Will come. Good luck
