Tidal does not always keep track of your authorized devices. There are bugs in the Tidal service that often prevent authorized devices from appearing in the list on the web and mobile devices. Unfortunately, there is currently no known solution to these problems.
But as a Tidal subscriber, you can sign up for the service on as many devices as you want, including phones, tablets and PCs. Once logged in, Tidal will allow you to listen to music on a single online device or up to five offline devices.
You also do not have to log out of one device to play on another. The music should pause automatically. However, if you no longer use Tidal on a device or no longer have the device, you may want to authorize it.
Once you have decided that you want to unsubscribe from Tidal on a device, here’s how to do it.
