How to request a refund for Cyberpunk 2077 for PS4 and Xbox One


It appears that copies of the initial review of Cyberpunk 2077 were only made available on PC. Turns out, even after a one-day patch, the game doesn’t run so well on standard PS4 and Xbox One consoles. And when the developer says big and small patches are at work, you can get your money back in the meantime. Then whether you’re sorry about your Cyberpunk 2077 purchase or you want to return a different game, you might be thinking about how to get a refund for digital PS4 or Xbox One games. We’ve got you covered below.

Request a refund for a digital PlayStation game (good luck)

To request a refund for a digital purchase from the PlayStation Store, visit Sony’s refund request page. There, you can connect with a refund chatbot, a digital assistant that lets you know if you are eligible to return the purchase in question.

Note that it is not possible to get a refund if you have one Download the game, So don’t stand on your hopes of working for a buggy cyberpunk 2077. To request a refund for a digital Xbox game, you must visit Refund page of micro .ft. Like the PlayStation Store above, MicroSFT says refunds will only be available within 14 days of purchase.

If you purchased a physical copy of the game, CD Project Red suggests that you try to return it to the retailer you purchased it from. If that doesn’t work, you can email [email protected] for help. The company says “it will do its best to help you. From today until December 21, 2020 you can contact us for a week.”
