The 20th Annual BET Awards will be held on Sunday night and might look a little different this year. Rather than putting on the show with on-stage performances and a celebrity-packed live audience, BET is hosting a fully virtual show that will air at 8 p.m. ET on June 28, 2020.
A slew of big names are expected to come thanks to a truly stacked list of nominations, including Megan Thee Stallion, Beyoncé, Lizzo, Roddy Ricch, Nicki Minaj, and DaBaby. And while obviously nothing is better than a live show, there is be be performances, even by Chloe x Halle and Alicia Keys. So yeah, you want to tune in one hundred percent.

Beyoncé will be honored with the BET Humanitarian Award for all that the BeyGOOD initiative has accomplished, including launching scholarship programs for students at historically black colleges and universities, launching a COVID-19 test initiative for the black community in Houston and the launch of the BeyGOOD Black Business Impact Fund, with proceeds from their new song “Black Parade” supporting small businesses owned by Black.
And speaking of Beyoncé, her daughter Blue is informally nominated for her first prize. She is 8 years old, she is not big!
