Meghan Markle could have a successful voice acting career
Just because Meghan and Harry have said goodbye to their royal duties doesn’t mean that the former Suits The actor has a lot of time on his hands. Casting director and Disney animation casting director Jen Rudin says the voice acting performance could make sense for Markle.
“Voice acting is a very different market, and right now during the pandemic it is very lucrative because we can do it from home with our microphones,” Rudin told Insider.

“It allows a lot of flexibility. You don’t have to go to the movie set for six weeks, you don’t have to be on the set all day waiting for them to get ready to film your scene, “he continued.
If Markle chooses to focus on dubbing work, she wouldn’t be the first royalty to take that route. The Duchess of York starred in an animated short called The cat that looked like the king, which was originally released together with the Mary Poppins DVD in 2004.
Meghan Markle will probably only work on projects that align with Archewell
After becoming a duchess, Markle will probably be much more aware of the acting projects she agrees to do. She and Prince Harry focus heavily on their foundation, Archewell, which will likely be on Markle’s mind if he gets involved in the industry again.
“I don’t see Meghan going back to the same acting roles she had before joining the royal family,” royal commentator Carly Ledbetter told Insider.
“I envision her securing a general deal with Netflix, like the Obamas, or perhaps a first-look deal with Apple TV Plus, as Prince Harry already has a series in the works with Oprah,” he continued.

Brand expert Kubi Springer told the publication that she believes Markle could follow the example of artists like Beyoncé and Rihanna.
“She can follow a long list of celebrities like Beyoncé and Rihanna who have used her art to produce and direct movies and television content that drives her brand’s messages,” she said.
Rihanna focuses on stereotypes of the female body with her ‘Savage X Fenty Show’ filmed for Amazon Prime and Beyoncé in her upcoming Disney movie ‘Black Is King’ that addresses black culture and identity. If Meghan did this, she would take over the creative narrative and create innovative messages that would reinforce her brand to new heights, “he continued.
