Hong Kong media tycoon Jimmy La has revoked his bail after public prosecutors succeeded in persuading the city’s highest court to send him back to detention.

The court on Thursday ruled that the previous judge’s decision was erroneous and that the bail order was invalid, a “reasonable argument”.
