Zachary Tie Brian Eugene was arrested late Friday night, or neighbors called for help after some sort of fight in an apartment complex in the city. Eugene P.D. Says TMZ … When the cops showed up, they found Zach hiding in a friend’s place with the alleged victim sitting outside his unit.
We were told after the investigation, the cops found that the 39-year-old poisoner had some sort of argument with the woman – with whom he had an affair – and that he allegedly became physically … .
We are told that the police were also told that when he tried to call 911, Zachary tried to take the woman’s phone … before he was finally able to escape and reach a safe place. He was arrested without incident and charged under three counts – strangulation, assault on the fourth degree and interference in reporting. He played this mug in Lane County Jail
