A growing number of college football teams are sidelined for the season. The Big 10 and Pac 12 have canceled their fall football seasons and postponed everything until early spring. The “uncertainty” was cited as the main reason for this decision. Not everyone agrees and a few conferences have opted to go ahead and suggest they will play football in the ACC, SEC and Big 12, at least for now.
Notre Dame, now part of the ACC for the 2020 football season, is part of the group of teams advancing in preparation at the start of September after the season. Fighting Irish head football coach Brian Kelly and defensive end and captain Daelin Hayes answered a few questions about all this on Wednesday morning.
