Here’s the solution to the GO Fest 2020 puzzle, plus a bonus code

For the past week, Niantic has been executing a puzzle, of some sort. The official Twitter account has been tweeting clues for a Pokémon GO Promo code meant to get some free gifts before GO Fest 2020, each one corresponding to a number or letter. We’ve just arrived

So without further ado, here is the code:

The only problem is … this code doesn’t work. We know that it is a real code, because it generates the error message “already exchanged or belonging to another account”. If you use a 13 character random string, you will get a different error message saying it is not a valid code. So hopefully this will be fixed soon, but I would recommend waiting an hour or so and trying again, then rinsing and repeating until you get the desired results.

To update: Actually, it appears that the original ad said that only a “few people” selected to solve this would get the reward. It’s crazy! Fortunately, you can still get this bonus code, which gives you 1 Sinnoh Stone, 10 Ultra Balls, and 10 Maximum Potions. Not bad!

Here are all the clues, in order. Some have exclamation marks and some don’t, it’s hard to know why Niantic is more excited about some than others.
