Here’s how SHIELD finalists’ agents are connected to the MCU (SPOILERS)

WARNING: SPOILERS FOR THE AGENTS OF SHIELD SERIES ARE FINAL

Agents of SHIELD came close last night and for those who would like to suggest that the series is not set in the MCU because they do not want to bother watching a TV series; it finally had a pretty big connection with it Avengers: Endgame.

The mystery surrounding the entire season of Fitz’s location was answered after the halfway point of the two-hour final. Fitz used the Quantum Realm to travel time between timelines to view multiple futures just like Doctor Strange. Not only did he talk about the Quantum Realm, the Agents actually went there through their own custom Quantum Tunnel.

As hints for the future? Daisy hints very strongly that she is a member of SWORD. She and Sousa wander together … into space (she showed him ET to prepare him for it)!
