Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 introduced us to secret challenges and subplots that take place across the island. Those seeking XP learned about the war and the subsequent peace between the Bear and Gnome factions.
Epic is doing something similar in Season 3. The Coral Buddies, who resided in Coral Cove, were displaced by the flood and sent to the northwest corner of the island, above the shark. This season, players can earn XP by helping residents rebuild. First, we gave them wood for their project. Now, they are entering the stone age. Completing these two challenges will give you a total of 75,000 XP.
You will have to take the coral companions to the forest age if you have not already done so. Otherwise, our little friends will not have the basis to create their monuments. You can take a look at our guide on how to complete this challenge here.
Once this step is complete, you will be able to offer the Coral Companions some brick in exchange for XP. All you have to do is visit the same place with 300 stones, this time at a high price. The Coral Buddies will then build a pyramid right in front of your eyes.
However, you are not done yet. You still need to explore the surroundings to help the Coral Companions complete their monuments. As you can see, the coral companions are beginning to expand. Their home has resurfaced and they can return at the end of the season. The stone challenge alone will give you 50.00 XP when finished. When you combine this with all available challenges, you should be close to reaching level 100.
