Heidi Klum requests a hearing to allow her children to travel with her to Germany.
Klum, 47, claims in a new court submission received by People that ex-husband Seal is preventing her from bringing her children with her when she films “Next Top Model” in the European country, because he is worried about COVID-19. The former couple share four children: Leni, 16, Henry, 14, Johan, 13, and Lou, 10.
In the statement, Klum claims that her children spend most of the time with her instead of Seal, whose full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel.
‘Henry’s time with our children is at best sporadic,’ Klum wrote, noting their agreement on common preservation.
Normally, the league series would tape in LA, but the German cast and crew could not enter the US due to the pandemic.
“I am aware of all the necessary precautions associated with the COVID-19 virus, and would never endanger our children – I have taken all precautions for Germany in the same way as I did in the United States,” wrote Klum.
The supermodel also said she would be willing to adjust her preservation schedule this year so that the crown boss “Kiss From a Rose” could spend Christmas with her instead of with her.

A rep for Seal did not return our request for comment.
Klum’s rep had no comment.
Klum and Seal divorced in October 2014 after nine years of marriage. She secretly married Tom Kaulitz last year after the Christmas Eve proposal for the guitarist.
