Supermodel and America’s Got Talent Judge Heidi Klum has asked a nephew for permission to take her children to Germany where they will be filming the latest season Germany’s next top model. Klum claims in the emergency statement that her ex-husband, singer Seal, born Henry Olusegun Adeola Samuel, refuses to take her four children with her to Germany because of the worldwide pandemic. “I am aware of all the necessary precautions associated with the COVID-19 virus, and would never endanger our children – I have taken all precautions for Germany in the same way as I did in the United States,” Klum wrote in her statement obtained by Folk.

Klum claims that the couple’s four children spend most of their time with them and not with their father. “Henry’s time with our children is at best sporadic,” she wrote in the statement. She also notes that Seal “has a British passport” which allows him to “visit the children while they are in Germany if he wants to,” she wrote. ‘I have tried to work this directly with Henry,’ Klum wrote, adding that she is ready to change her pre-agreed saved schedule to make this work. The eldest daughter Leni of the divorced couple also submitted a statement to the court, saying she wants to go to Germany with her mother, noting that the circumstances are “not entirely ideal”, but optimistic that she “with a plan and agreement” can come as a family. “
